Exhibitor Information

For all exhibitors at the NZ Women in Mddicine conference, you will find all the information you need regarding pack in and pack out in the exhibition manual below. Please ensure you read all the supplied information to ensure a smooth and successful conference.

All exhibitors must complete both the Harding Conferences Health and Safety Declaration and the online Tākina Health and Safety Induction. Please ensure the Harding Conferences declaration is returned by Friday 3 May to stacey@hardingconferences.co.nz.

Failure to complete the online Tākina Health and Safety Induction will mean they may refuse you permission to enter on pack in day.
